In Fantasie I normally wear a 32DD. I have a 32DD in Freya Pollyanna but it is just a little small in the cup...32E might have been too big but they didn't have any and this fit well enough.
As for the band height...I can put on my Panache Tango II plunge and then my Fantasie Rimini over it and still see the Panache band under the Fantasie band. Perhaps it is just my body shape/type.
